Description
OCP-020 is a sapient entity that sometimes appears in houses where the occupants have left without turning off the lights. OCP-020 will turn off all of the lights while mumbling about how the family is wasting money and power. It’s form is somehow indescribable, but always gives a sense of “paternal presence”.

Interviewer: Z5-9 Subject: OCP-020 Topic: n/a [subject turns off a light in an empty house; the occupants have left for dinner] [subject sighs] Subject: We aren’t made of money, guys… Interviewer: Excuse me, sir? [subject turns to face the interviewer] Interviewer: I was wondering if you’d be willing to answer some questions?
